Learn about what it takes to process your embroidery order.


Email, call or come into our store to place an order. At the time of order, please have your artwork either with you or attach it to your order if emailed. If you are short on ideas, we are always happy to create a series of custom designs for you that you can choose from!


Your artwork will be digitized into the correct format within 10-15 business days of submitting your order.


Once it is in the correct format, you will receive a proof of your artwork via email. Unless stated otherwise, the artwork will be printed in the colors that appear on the proof. Please check the accuracy of the image as well as the spelling of any text in your design. If your image is ready to print, please send us an email reply indicating that. If you would like to make any changes, please email and indicate that the design is not acceptable and detail what changes you would like to be made.


If changes need to be made, you will exchange a series of emails with the artist until the image looks how you envisioned it. At this point, it is ready to print!


Orders are generally started within 24-48 hours of email approval. Depending on how many items you ordered and the detail and size of the logo, your order may take anywhere from a day to a week to complete. After artwork approval, you can call or email us to get a more accurate time estimate on when you can pick-up your order


Embroidery works well on these products:

Jackets, sweatshirts, sweatpants, warm-ups, shorts, accessories (such as headwear, scarves, blankets and bags), fleeces, sweaters, polos, aprons, and chef coats.

We can embroider items such as t-shirts, performance garments and garments made of stretchy material although we do not recommend it because the embroidery can be too harsh on the fabric. In special circumstances, we can embroider things such as golf bags and fabric folding chairs but this is done on a case-by-case basis.

We do accept provided garments.



There is no minimum or maximum for embroidery.



Pricing is based on stitch count. Discounts may be given based on quantity. Digitizing fees are not included in our prices and are unique to every customer. Rush fees may apply during busy periods.



Our average turnaround time is 2-3 weeks; however it can be as long as 4-6 weeks during our busier months. Please contact us well in advance to get the most up to date lead times.


  • We prefer artwork be in a vector art file although this is not required. Vector art is anything CREATED in a program with files ending in .eps, .cdr, or .ai. Some examples of software where vector art is created are Corel or Adobe Illustrator. Please convert any artwork to curves before sending it to us so that fonts and other parts of your image open correctly.
  • If a vector file is not available, we will take artwork in a .pdf or .jpeg file.
  • All NEW artwork may be subject to a one-time digitizing fee. This fee may range anywhere from $50.00 to $150.00 depending on the file type the artwork is provided in, how detailed it is, and how big it needs to be.
